With a strong sense of responsibility we have maintained in strict & high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our premises and operate in accordance with the recommendations by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Greek Government guidelines in order to provide a safe environment for our visitors’ accommodation and our team members’ personal protection.
In order to ensure that our sanitary measures are exceedingly sufficient, we have partnered with a certified company in testing and inspection making sure the all the appropriate safety standards are taken, as well as the methodical training of our staff.
At the same time, we have created a special health and safety team (Hygiene & Safety), headed by Dr. Vigileos Stelios, who oversees our hotel’s safety and uninterrupted operation, instructs and directs the staff if necessary, according to the instructions of the Authorities.
Each staff member will have its personal protective equipment (PPE) and will receive special training in order to help safeguard the health of our employees and guests
We have adopted a very strict cleaning regime and thorough sanitization practices in all rooms, common areas and staff areas. Laundry and ironing services of linen and clothes are being done by the hotel staff, in our own facilities to avoid unnecessary contact with others outside the hotel.
We limit overcrowding in reception and all the common areas. We urge our guests to use “FastCheck-in” service prior of their arrival and always prefer contactless payment methods.
Disinfectants are available in all public areas of the hotel and we we encourage frequent use for our staff and guests. Individual fabric masks are also available upon request, while guests and staff can be remotely check their temperature in the reception area with a Non-Contact Thermometer. Visitors other than our guests are allowed with prior notice and communication with our Reception.
We have increased the frequency of our regular and intensive checks are carried out to ensure compliance of food safety standards, cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen and storage areas.
Our well-known traditional Naxos’ delicacies will continue to be offered at our garden, with all the required safety measurements and recommendations.
Breakfast can also be served at no extra charge in your room.
Your private transfer from and to Naxos’ port or airport remains as our services with our hotel’s luxury SUV. Our driver is responsible for thoroughly disinfecting the vehicle before and after each transfer, so as always keeping it clean, according to state’s instructions.
Considering the uncertainty at play during this troublesome time, and near impossibility to predict and confidently plan for the future, we provide maximum flexibility on your travel plans.
Specifically, we are offering free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, free rescheduling options, as well as 110% credit vouchers for 2021 reservations.
